Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Purchased an Island

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie just arrived at the airport after completing the purchase of an island off the coast of Dubai. The island is in the shape of Ethiopia and is part of the luxury man-made development complex known as "The World" as in the pic below - Hey I remember watching a documentary about it on Discovery.

The Hollywood couple intend to use the reclaimed piece of land to showcase environmental issues and encourage people to live a greener life. Representatives of the pair in the US and other reliable sources had confirmed the purchase had gone ahead. But state-owned Nakheel, the firm behind the development called “The World”, declined to comment, the paper said. Prices for the islands range from six million to 36 million dollars.

Ok maybe I shouldn't comment on this but WHY would anyone want a small piece of land in a violent, rebelious third world country? Argh.. I'm confused :S

Kid Rock Caught on Camera in his Changing Room

Kid Rock claims on his website that Little Bear, the head of security found a hidden camera in his dressing room at Myth Nightclub in Minneapolis last night. According to TMZ, the picture above was sent to them from Little Bear directly pointing out the hidden camera.

"Hats off to Kid Rock's head of security, Little Bear, for finding a hidden camera in the dressing room at the show at the Myth Nightclub in Minneapolis last night. Little Bear, who runs SpyOps.net, discovered the device before the show and alerted the authorities who are now investigating."
